Epsomedical offers a rheumatology service at both Cobham and Epsom.

Common conditions referred in to the service include osteoporosis, arthritis and gout, but the great majority are undiagnosed and suffering from generalised musculoskeletal pain and impairment of function. Many of these problems can be resolved or improved with specialist drugs and self-care programmes.

The NHS is increasingly restricting access to surgery. Patients with symptoms warranting referral to our Rheumatology service will normally require to be sent initially to a physiotherapy-led MSK service run by Surrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC).
