Epsomedical is a leading provider of foot surgery in mid Surrey. The service is provided by Dr Deepak Pabari, who specialises exclusively in podiatric surgery and orthoses. We accept referrals for all common foot problems including bunions, metatarsalgia, deformities, neuromas and ganglions. Most problems can be cured with orthoses, which we will prescribe and supply. For those requiring surgery, almost all procedures can be carried out at our units.

Follow up physiotherapy will be provided by the relevant community health services contractor, which is Surrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC). X ray facilities are available at Cobham and are normally made available alongside appointments with specialists.

The NHS is increasingly restricting access to surgery. Patients with symptoms warranting referral to our foot surgery service will normally require to be sent initially to a physiotherapy-led MSK service run by Surrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC) to explore exhaustively the conservative treatment options. After referral to our units, surgery will be dependent on the patient’s symptoms meeting thresholds specified by the local NHS.
